Note:          1 - The presence of the Visa Applicants is necessary for the collection of biometric data.

                   2 - The amount paid for the visa is not refundable.

                   3 - Days for Biometric data collection: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9h30 to 12h30.

In order to obtain a work visa, the applicant must be in possession of the following documents:

1. A duly filled out form 
2. Application from the contracting entity requesting the visa
3. Employment contract or preliminary employment contract
4. Opinion of MAPESS or of another supervisory authority
5. Declaration of commitment to the Angolan law
6. Photocopy of the Official Gazette/Diário da República (on corporate constitution)
7. Recent certificate of tax payment
8. Certificate of academic and/or professional qualifications
9. Curriculum Vitae
10. Certificate of criminal records from the country of residence
11. Medical certificate issued at the country of residence
12. Three passport photos
13. Photocopy of the passport and of the mainly used pages
14. Fees: CHF 300.-

N.B.:All documents in a foreign language necessary to obtain a long-stay visa - up to 12 months must be duly translated into Portuguese and legalised by the chancellery of the relevant canton.
