Work Visa

For a Visa you should provide the following documents :

1. Completely filled out form
2. Letter of the contracting entity who is requesting the visa
3. Work Contract
4. MAPESS letter or any other agency
5. Declaration of commitment according to the Angolan law
6. Photocopy of the “Diario da Républica ” (company constitution)
7. Comprovativo actualizado do pagamento de impostos
8. Diploma or Certificate of Achievement
9. Curriculum Vitae
10. Police Clearance authenticated by the Department of State stating that applicant has no pending criminal proceedings
11. Medical Certificate of health
12. Three additional passport size pictures
13. Passport and copy of the main used pages
14. Fees : CHF 300.-

Note: All the documents in foreign language (except the passport, the international certificate of vaccines and supporting documents of reserves of flight and hotel), must be translated into Portuguese by an official translator and legalized by the local authorities (notary/chancellery of the canton or federal)
