Process of matrimonial capacity

To obtain a certificate of matrimonial competence, the interested parties must join together the following documents:

1. One Form duly filled
2. Betrotheds documents (Passport, Identity card)
3. Certificate of residence in Switzerland
4. Authorization of residence (residence permit)
5. Presence of two witnesses with their respective documents
6. Price: CHF 180. -
